Description

Butterflies are one of the most beautiful elements of the natural world, and scientists now recognize that they can also serve as an
important indicator of the health of ecosystems. Our community will soon be enjoying their beauty and
contributing to a continent-wide butterfly count. Public
participation of all ages is welcome, and knowledge of butterflies is not necessary. Identification charts will be available. All data will be submitted to and published in the NABA Count Program Annual Report.

*Capture or attempt to capture any butterfly or other wildlife is strictly prohibited and participants will be asked to leave*

Participants under 12 years are free
Participants over 12 years are $5
