Event Details

If you are in any way affected by the viability of the H-2B program (employer, supplier etc) please join us on October 11th at 1 PM for an important strategic meeting. We have made progress this year towards an H-2B fix that substantially raises the cap and gives certainty to current users of the program but if we are going to be successful in getting cap relief across the finish line, we must triple down.

Cap relief for 2019 is likely to be determined in the next three months. Your involvement is more critical than ever.

Several SEA board members and I will be presenting. We will walk you through how you can get best get involved in our political advocacy efforts. The agenda includes:

  • Current state of cap relief for 2019 and beyond;
  • How you can best help the cause;
  • What is going on with site visits from USCIS?

If your business depends on the H-2B program it is vitally important that you make every effort to attend this meeting. Also, please invite other employers and your suppliers.
