SPEAKERS:
Grzegorz W. Kolodko, PhD
Kolodko, a key architect of Polish reforms, is a renowned economist and a world expert on transition and development policy. While Deputy Premier and Minister of Finance (1994-97) he led Poland to the OECD. Holding the same positions again in 2002-03 he played an important role in Poland’s integration with the European Union. Altogether, while he had been in charge of economic policy, Poland’s GDP per capita increased by one third.

Aleksander Poniewierski, PhD
Poniewierski is senior partner and global leader of EY’s operational technology and internet of things practice. He is a strategic adviser to major international clients and government agencies on digital transformation, technology risk, information and operation security.

Jacek Tomkiewicz, PhD
Tomkiewicz is assistant professor at TIGER Institute, part of Kozminski University, in Warsaw. He is a visiting scholar at The Minda de Gunzburg Center for European Studies, Harvard
University.

Lukas Grabiec, JD
Grabiec is assistant general counsel at GoDaddy, an internet domain registrar and web hosting company. He is a director with the US-Polish Trade Council, which has offices in Palo Alto, California, and Katowice, Poland.

Grzegorz Malinowski, PhD
Malinowski is assistant professor at TIGER Institute, part of Kozminski
University, in Warsaw. Sabina Klimek. Klimek is counselor at the Trade and Investment section of the Polish consulate in New York City, working on international trade and development.
