Description

Looking for a night of great food and live jazz music in a classy atmosphere in Southern Maryland? We have you covered. Saxophonist Merlon Devine and his band will be live in concert at Middleton Hall giving you a Devine Jazz Experience once again, after his sold out show there in May and June 2019. Merlon's song "The Platform", has been played on Sirius XM Satellite Radio Watercolors Jazz station. Merlon's latest CD entitled NOW, has charted on Billboard Album Sales several times. He and his band have performed sold-out shows at Blues Alley in Washington, DC. You do not want to miss out on hearing them for yourself. Acclaimed Chef Kendall Selby will provide a delicious buffet, which is included in the price of the ticket. Seating is limited, so purchase your ticket now! Ticket prices increase September 20th, so don't delay!

VIP- Upgrade your experience by securing VIP tickets, which includes an exclusive pre-show reception with Merlon Devine from 6:15 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Light hor d'oeuvres will be served. Also front-row table seating, and priority positioning in the buffet line.

Q. I purchased a ticket and now I am not able to attend. Can I get a refund?

A. All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Q. What food will be included in the buffet?

A. The all-you-can-eat buffet is Chef Selby’s choice of two meats, an assortment of side dishes, bread, water and tea. It will be delicious.

Q. What time will dinner be served?

A. Dinner service begins shortly after doors open at 7 p.m., with VIP attendees getting priority placement in line. The experience at 8 p.m.

Q. Is seating assigned?

A. There will be reserved tables for VIP ticket holders and those that purchased whole tables. All general tickets are first come, first serve. All seating is banquet style— round tables that seat 8 people.

Q. Can children attend?

A. This experience is designed as an adult only night out. While it is not encouraged for children to attend, if you choose to bring a child of any age, you must purchase a ticket.

Q. Is there parking available?

A. There is ample parking available on the venue lot, free of charge.

Q. Can we purchase CD’s at the concert?

A. CD’s will be available for purchase after the experience. Cash or credit accepted. No checks.

Q. What is the dress code?

A. The dress code is business casual.

Q. What time will the concert end?

A. The concert will end between 9:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.

Q. Do I need a printed copy of my ticket to gain entry?

A. Yes, please bring a printed copy of your ticket and your ID.

Q. Is there a different price for my ticket if I don’t eat at the concert?

A. No, there is not. All tickets come with the buffet. There is no concert-only ticket option.

Q. What if I have special dietary needs (vegan, vegetarian, etc.). Can I request a special meal?

A. While there will be an assortment of menu items that hopefully will work for everyone, we cannot accommodate special dietary requests nor guarantee that the buffet will accommodate each person’s special dietary needs.

Q. Can I bring outside food or beverages to the event?

A. Outside food and beverages are not allowed.

Q. I bought a general admission ticket, but I would like to upgrade to VIP. Is that possible?
