This 90 minute class is taught by our talented therapists who are experts in helping you foster your baby's development in the first year of life. It can be overwhelming to take on this incredible journey in becoming parents! This class will give you a more detailed look at the motor, speech and cognitive changes that infants experience as they interact with their world. You and your partner (and newborn if you have already delivered) are welcome to spend an evening learning about the age-appropriate developmental expectations for baby's first year. Sitting, crawling, walking, introducing solid foods, baby exercises and communication with your baby will be highlighted.
Where do I park for class? We apologize that our parking is no longer free. You may park in the parking garage located below the Maternity Center on the corner of 5th and Wall for $3 or on the street. Again, this is NOT where you park for prenatal appointments. You can enter the parking garage driveway off of 5th avenue. There is a black sign with an arrow to look for on 5th Avenue. There is often free parking around Lewis and Clark High school in the bus zone after hours.
