This on-demand video is recorded from a live webinar offered by Rev. Elder Don Eastman, who is known throughout MCC as the consummate Leadership Excellence guru. Leadership style refers to a leader’s patterns of behavior as a leader and manager. In this webinar Don will present foundations for understanding leadership styles and introduce a clinical paradigm for understanding leadership styles. Participants will be invited to consider how leadership styles of pastors impact and involve lay leaders. A significant portion of the webinar will present participants with opportunities to explore ways to develop their own leadership styles.
