How about the differences between a proposal and contract? Did you know there is a systematic way to develop a proposal? The ability to write a clear, concise proposal after you receive agreement is important. This includes the proposal having the right sections, and the right information so that the economic buyer acquires your services.
Whether new to consulting or in need of an update, this 2 ½ hour workshop discusses the differences between a contract and proposal and the sections of a proposal including what should and should not be included in each section. We will walk though a good proposal as well as a questionable proposal. Bring yourself, be willing to share your experiences, and walk away with not only information that you can leverage but a proposal template that you can use immediately.
