Developing Personal Risk Management Plans
The University of Maryland Extension Program at UMES is offering a series of (3) workshops to teach farmers how to understand and implement farm business planning principles for successful risk management decision making. In this workshop each producer will prepare their own personal plan to deal with the risks they face.
Participants are encouraged to attend all three workshops. Each workshop is approximately 6 hours long (9am - 4pm) and will be held on Saturday on the following dates: January 21st; February 18th; and March 25th, 2017.
Pre-registration is required to participate and spaces are limited to the first 40 registrants. Lunch will be provided.
