Event description
Learn how your organization can harness the power of your employees to create a strong and successful culture.

About this Event

No two organizational cultures are the same because they are made up of varying people, with different personalities, experiences, and expectations. This means that organizational cultures are constantly changing, especially if your organization has high rates of turnover. This constant change in culture can dramatically impact the organization.

This workshop by The Village Business Institute will examine the various facets of an organizational culture, including what goes into creating either a positive or negative culture. We will look at the impact that culture has on the success of an organization in the areas of productivity, employee engagement, and overall growth. Finally, we will consider the idea that the employee is a key component of any successful organization and the role that leadership has in harnessing the power and passion of the employee to strengthen the culture of the organization.

Your ticket includes breakfast and 3 SHRM Professional Development Credits (PDCs). PLEASE NOTE: This event is FREE to attend for EAP client companies. Please contact Amie at 701-451-4942 for registration information.
