Overview

Steps and tools to help you come up with an aim, plan of action and think about measures that will tell you if you are making an improvement

The Raise Camden Children and Young People’s Equitable Services Programme (ESP) seeks to enable commissioners and services to work supportively and collectively to address health inequalities faced by different children, young people and their communities growing up, living or attending school in Camden.

Building on learning from the previous webinar series where we focused on identifying inequities, we are launching a new series of webinars to look at Quality Improvement (QI) methodology.

The four webinars sequentially take us through steps that enable us to better understand and address inequities in commissioning and service provision using QI. We will also touch on participatory tools that can be used for inclusive engagement.

You can come along to all the webinars or register for the ones most relevant to where you are in your journey to address inequities!

Please note these webinars are tailored to Camden's Children and Young People’s services commissioned by the Health and Wellbeing Team and follow an earlier set of webinars that introduced concepts of equity, the importance of equity data and equity principles related to CYP commissioning.

If you do not work in CYP services, we highly recommend signing up to the webinar series we plan to roll out to a wider audience in the new financial year which will take you through the steps you need to consider before getting to quality improvement alongside the entire series of QI webinars. Please watch this space!
