Event description

Description

How do you design your personal persona?

Personas are a design tool that help us build products, services, and experiences with a people-first approach. By putting a face to our customers and users, we can design and develop with empathy.

The goal of personas is to create reliable and realistic representations of your key audience. Effective personas represent a major user group for your website which would give a clear picture of the user’s expectations and how likely they’re to use the site. Personas, however, fictional describe real people with backgrounds, goals, abilities, limitations, and values.

This workshop provides a hands-on opportunity to understand what personas are, why they matter, and how to develop them. IN the process, you'll learn how to craft products, services, and communications to your target audience based on their needs.

Lunch will be provided
