Event Details

This workshop will cover everything you need to develop a strong, well thought out business plan that shows potential investors and lenders that you are serious about starting and growing your business. It will cover the three main sub-plans every business plan must have and will clearly show how to logically integrate each into a tight professional business plan report.

  • Marketing Plan – Market Analysis, Product/Services Offered, Marketing Plan/Strategy
  • Operations Plan – Production/Service Development, Distribution Strategy, Milestones, Management Team and Resources
  • Financial Plan – Capital Requirements, Financial Forecast, Cash Flow, Investor Return, Funding Sources.

The workshop will show you what to include in the body of your report and what items would be appropriate for an appendix. Also discussed will be key assumptions for your plan, presentation recommendations, and business plan development resources.
