Leadership starts with self. You have to lead and grow yourself before you can lead others. Remember, you cannot teach what you do not know and you cannot lead where you will not go. Cathey and Ben will dive into the concept of being your own leader. This engaging and interactive session will cover:

  • The single biggest mistake people make when leading
  • The 4 pillars of influence
  • The mindset attribute and how you can use it to elevate yourself and influence others

Ben Kenyon is a performance coach for the Portland Trail Blazers. He helps people to perform their best both physically as well as personally through his work as an executive leadership trainer. He is the founder of The YOUnique Piece.
