Join us for Detroit's first annual mini MET Gala presented by The Seeking Justice Team. This black-tie charity fundraiser will honor the second freedom anniversary of Ray Gray, the longest-serving innocent person in the United States, having spent 48 years in prison. We will observe this monumental year with the gala's first fashion theme: 50 Years of Detroit. We hope our guests will dress the part and show off what this theme means to them on our red carpet. Guests are encouraged to dress in couture and avant-garde to reflect the city's unique style.
6:00 pm - 11:00 pm (Itinerary TBD)
THIS IS AN INVITE-ONLY EVENT. Tickets are tier leveled and start at $150.00. To request an invite, please fill out a request form.

About the organizer
Seeking Justice provides insight, advocacy, and investigation for those whose lives have been altered by wrongful convictions. This also includes making sure that victims of assault voices are not diminished by a false claim of innocence. Once people understand that police and prosecutors can be affected by incorrect, incomplete, and sometimes fabricated facts, observers will never look at the criminal justice system the same way.
