Detroit Eviction Right to Counsel Summit
Event Information
Description
This all-day summit will bring together local and national leaders involved in the movement to address the eviction crisis. The event will feature multiple panel sessions that include low-income tenants facing evictions, city leaders, Detroit-area businesses, and experts from around the country. These panelists will share their experiences regarding the costs, benefits, and impacts of various efforts to reduce evictions and improve community and family stability.
Registration
Entrance Fee: $20 ($5 tickets available for low-income Detroit residents*)
Includes continental breakfast, box lunch, and cocktail reception after the event.
Please arrive at 8:45am when doors open. The continental breakfast will be served at that time.
Space is limited - Tickets must be reserved - No ticket sales at the door - Tickets will be available until 5PM on March 11th.
*Low income tickets are not available for credit card purchase. Please email eventrsvp@uchcdetroit.org for details.
Any funds received in excess of entrance fee will benefit the cause of establishing a tenant eviction right to counsel in Detroit.
