Welcome to Destination Deaflympics!

Due to popular demand and to ensure that all children can get involved, we are running a second session of our Deaflympics Have a Go day!

Destination Deaflympics is an engaging workshop designed by Deaf Sport UK for d/Deaf and hard of hearing children aged 5-16, offering a unique opportunity to embark on a sporting journey to the 2025 Tokyo Deaflympics!

Children will explore new sporting activities and learn about inspiring Deaflympians!

We’re incredibly fortunate to have the amazing Will Brickell, the lead coach for Premier League Primary Stars for Brighton and Hove Albion, who will be leading the workshop. Will is also deaf and an advocate for inclusive sports for deaf children.

As always, we warmly welcome hearing siblings of your deaf child to join in on the fun! Please let us know if your child(ren) have any specific accessibility needs.

This event is completely free, thanks to the generous support from Deaf Sport UK and Worthing Community Chest.
We ask that parents and caregivers of children aged 5-7 stay to provide additional support.

Please let us know if your child(ren) have any accessibility requirements.

Join us for a day of fun, learning, and inspiration as we celebrate the spirit of the Deaflympics! Mark your calendars and get ready to be amazed by the power of determination and passion at this year's event.

We can’t wait to see you there!
