Sue Cullen & Anita Whelan bring over 25 years of combined experience in wellbeing, coaching, and personal development. Trained in CBT, NLP, shamanic practices, trauma-informed care, and somatic healing, they guide participants with compassion, authenticity, and practical strategies to move beyond old patterns and step into alignment with their true selves.
