About Cindy Bayon: The daughter of a builder found her way into the world of design and construction at an early age…Cindy Bayon is the Principal at Bayon Design Studio, Inc., specializing in modern residential interior design. She has successfully managed hundreds of full-scale interior design projects through her employment with a San Francisco designbuild firm over the last decade and now with her own practice. Cindy’s passion for high-end construction leaves a strong sense of implementation and budget control – necessities for remodeling homes that meet client expectations.
About Ken Baxter: Ken has been working in the real estate and construction industries since 1998. For the past 8 years he has been focused on the high-end residential market in San Francisco. Having built and managed over 200 ranging from interior remodels of individual condominium units to a 10 million dollar full renovation of an 8500 square foot, single family home in Presidio Heights. Ken has always focused on providing the best possible service and value to his clients while making the constructsfion process as painless as possible.
