Home for the Holidays with Renato Sardo of Baia Pasta
WPA San Francisco, Showplace #160
lunch, pasta, and wine will be served
Join us for a festive Designers’ Wednesday with Renato as he demonstrates a pasta dish for your next holiday party – or for dinner tonight! For eight years, Renato was the Director of Slow Food International, an organization that promotes local, sustainable, and fair food worldwide. Upon moving to the Bay Area, Renato helped found Slow Food USA where he met Dario Barbone. Together, they formed Baia Pasta and are converting the Slow Food mission into practice.
“This is what pasta must have tasted like in ancient Rome,” says the Wall Street Journal. Renato is inspired by his roots in Piemonte (Northern Italy), where food is a passion, a language, an emotion – food is everything.
Enjoy a catered lunch with Prosecco, sweet desserts, and leave room to taste Renato’s signature pasta dish.
Shop the pop-up holiday offerings from WPA San Francisco and Joseph Kowalski gifts. Leave the event feeling inspired and ready for the holidays! Lunch, pasta, and wine will be served.
