Session Description

With Holistic Design Strategist, Denise Shanté Brown, Black womxn will explore the creative process of designing weeks that take back their most valuable resource: time. Denise will share how the resistance of Auntie Maxine inspires her daily reclamations, along with methods for reclaiming each moment as a form of self-preservation. Participants will leave with their own personalized framework declaring how they are reclaiming their time—and their wellbeing—every day of the week.

Bring your favorite pens, pencils, and any other writing supplies that you enjoy using.
