Prepare: You’ll come away with concrete tips and suggestions from the pros to improve your candidacy and break into finance.

Provide valuable resources: You’ll get the chance to win prizes that further your professional and personal development.

ABOUT ACCESS DISTRIBUTED

Smart, ambitious, hardworking people from all backgrounds and all universities should be able to get their foot in the door of any launchpad career - the type of career that can meaningfully open doors.

The AD fellowship is an extracurricular program alongside students’ fall and spring classes. It is designed to help fellows gain the skills, connections and real-world experience to successfully enter a high-potential, foundational career.

AD focuses on expanding access for undergraduate students from underrepresented backgrounds. Specifically, AD fellows are diverse and/or first-generation college students who attend a non-target school.
