Description

THIS IS A TWO-DAY WORKSHOP.

You know what design thinking is, but how do you actually apply it?

Creating innovative products and services with engaging customer experiences is at the heart of design thinking. In practice though, organizations often struggle to connect Design Thinking with Agile and Lean delivery practices. The result is poorly defined customer and business outcomes and teams that build the wrong things faster.

There’s a better way: Mobius is design thinking, applied.

This two-day workshop teaches you how to effectively connect discovery to delivery and empathy to results. Using the Mobius loop, participants learn how to clarify “who” and “why” before defining the key outcomes that drive value. You’ll use the Mobius visual map and trigger cards to practice evaluating options, creating prototypes, running experiments, measuring progress and adapting strategy.

You’ll learn how to:

    • Change your team’s focus from delivering more output to delivering better outcomes.
    • Create measurable customer and business outcomes that translate to value
    • Test hypotheses using research and experiments before implementing new features
    • Measure progress toward outcomes and communicate value delivered.

This workshop is for anyone who wants to learn how to design and build innovative products and services with a customer-centric approach. You’ll leave with the Mobius Quick-Start guide, a reusable Mobius map and your own deck of trigger cards to keep the conversation going with your team.
