This course will give you the toolkit to apply to solving different kinds of complex problems

About the course

Tapping in to both the creative and logical side of the brain, is what is needed to support a design thinking mindset. It is why the practice of design thinking is often considered as fundamental to the role of the Product Owner and more than simply being a process. Design thinking offers a toolkit that can also be applied to solving different kinds of complex problems, no matter what industry, and ensuring that the voice of customers or users remain as a central point of focus. Unlike other design thinking courses, at why innovation! we focus on the application of this human-centred approach to the digital enterprise, ensuring seamless synergy between online and offline environments. Read more about our why! approach to trainings.

Online class available (adjusted duration for optimal learning experience).
