Learn how to transform unsolvable problems into manageable dilemmas, exciting possibilities and effective solutions on October 21st at 6:30 p.m. when Ken Chapin, Founder and CEO of Mobile Innovation Lab, discusses “Design Thinking.” This program will be the third installment of the Hudson Library & Historical Society’s “MBA Lite: (Re)Create Your Business” series.
Chapin works with senior executives to discover approaches to leadership that intrinsically motivate teams and inspire people to passionately share their energy towards achieve a common goal. He motivates teams to develop a foundation of trust, collectively leverage their strengths, communicate more effectively and collaboratively address compelling challenges. He also shows individuals how to increase self awareness, overcome assumptions and limiting beliefs, build creative confidence and empower them to reach their full potential.
MBA Lite and the entire Fall 2013 Entrepreneurship Series is sponsored by the Burton D. Morgan Foundation. Individuals who attend all three sessions of MBA Lite will earn a certificate. All programs are free, but do require registration.
