Here's what people say about our workshops:
“Interactive, instead of sitting and trying to learn, we were up actually learning by doing!”
“I really enjoyed getting to run through the design process hands on, rather than just watching power points. I learned so much!”
“It was fun AND educational.”
“I enjoyed the way the workshop encouraged us to think and to collaborate in different ways than we're used to.”
It’s not easy driving change within an organization. Join us for a full day, hands on, experiential workshop on Human-Centered Design – a process for innovating and problem solving. This experience will help you jump start new initiatives forward and help you lead efforts to solve complex problems and opportunities within your organization. Human Centered Design (or Design Thinking) is a process used by some of the most creative and innovative companies in the U.S.
In our workshop, you’ll learn how to delve into and understand customer needs and insights. You’ll practice techniques to reframe opportunities and to develop creative and inspiring ideas. You’ll move that to reality through prototyping and testing and learn how sell those ideas.
Along the way, we’ll provide tools and templates that you can take back to your place of work to use with your team. If you’re creating a new product or service, improving your marketing or customer service, or just looking for better, more creative ways of working together as a team, this Design & Innovation workshop will help move you forward.
This is a small workshop. Seating is limited.
The Workshop is led by:
