Center for Civil and Human Rights
The Center for Civil and Human Rights is an engaging cultural attraction in Downtown Atlanta. The Center provides exhibitions, designated event spaces, and educational forums that share the courageous fight of all people in the American Civil Rights Movement of the 1950s and 60s, and its fundamental impact and inspiration on contemporary movements for human rights globally. The Center features a rotating exhibition of items from the Morehouse College Martin Luther King Jr. Collection, where visitors can view the personal papers and items of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
Visitors will be immersed in an interactive story-telling experience in each of its exhibit. The facilities will also serve as a hub for ongoing dialogue — attracting world-renowned speakers and artists who work on a variety of human rights topics.
