Please join CPL, Gilbane Building Company and Moody Nolan on Thursday, February 4, 2021, for a virtual design and construction informational meeting for the Cleveland Public Library: Hough branch building project.

Contractors are encouraged to go to https://outreach.gilbaneco.com/ to begin the prequalification process with additional prequalification required to bid as a prime contractor on the project.
Project Scope:
The new Hough Branch consist of approximately 8,200 SF on a single level at the corner of East 66th Street and Lexington Avenue in Cleveland's Hough neighborhood. The Hough Branch will be a beacon for a proud and engaged community. The design will focus on transparency and engaging the street reframes perceptions of the library itself, which is viewed as an inclusive, vibrant space that is open to all. Spaces will include an after-hours lobby, staff area, small meeting rooms, computers, children's area, adult collection, "living room," kitchenette/teen space and a sports research collection.
