Symposium Overview

All are invited to attend a conference on terminus lakes research in Reno, Nevada in November 2016. The Desert Terminus Lakes Symposium is sponsored by the Nevada System of Higher Education, University of Nevada, Reno, Desert Research Institute and Walker Basin Project. It will feature talks on environment, agricultural and economic topics central to the restoration of Walker Lake and the surrounding basin.

Solicitation of Poster Abstracts

Researchers are invited to present a poster on relevant research or restoration activities. Deadline for submission is August 31, 2016. The abstract form can be found online at http://greatbasinresearch.com/walker/symposium.

Registration fees: The poster reception dinner, no-host bar and symposium break refreshments are included in the fees collected. Lunch is on your own.
