Event description

Description

Come join Danbury Eats Out on our second dining adventure. You will not be disappointed. Empire of the Incas serves the best Peruvian rotisserie chicken (Pollo a la Brasa) in Fairfield County. Their particular green sauce makes the "pyramid of rice," served on the side, a swirl of deliciousness. Saltado lovers rejoice. Ceviche lovers get ready. The mix of flavors at the top of this Empire includes recipes that are perfectly savory, seafood infused, labored in love and patience. Many folks do not know this but Peru has been called the best South America culinary destination by World Travel Awards for its regional specialization and blend of several culinary traditions. Peruvians were into "fusion" long before it became trendy.

Save yourself the $1,800 round trip flight and enjoy the culinary wonders of Peru right here in Danbury.

Empire of the Incas has the most delicious Pisco Sours this side of Lima, and the absolute most divine South American desserts to be found in Fairfield County, hands-down.

This lovely family-owned restaurant is beautiful inside with peach colored table linens, views of Peru and a small dance floor to be enjoyed after a few margaritas.

DEO members pay for their own food and drinks; we are a group that believes in tipping our hard working wait staff.

Parking is on the street. Often the easiest spots are to be found before you pass the restaurant (as you are going towards New Fairfield) or on the opposite side of the street. A cross walk is nearby.
