Tatiana Calvo is Assistant General Counsel for Regulatory Affairs at The Green Solution (TGS), one of Colorado's oldest and largest vertically aligned marijuana companies. Tatiana advises the company on applicable regulatory law, crafts company policy, and procedure with the goal of ensuring that TGS leads the industry in regulatory standards, and works with policy makers to create effective regulatory frameworks. Previously, Tatiana practiced family-based immigration law, helped found a nonprofit devoted to helping veterans treat PTSD with cannabis, and operated an eco-tourism company in the Amazon river basin.
