Lecturers: Maurice Salama DDS, MS and Isaac Tawil DDS,MS are internationally recognized as an industry leader in full mouth reconstruction. Their clinical experience of treating patients with failed dentition and opportunities to utilize today's optimized technology come together in this two day course.

GuidedSMILE is a fully digital implant reconstruction protocol that will amaze the audience. During its 5 year history, GuidedSMILE has evolved into GuidedSMILE CHROME, a predictable, systematic approach to a same day, preplanned, implant and tooth delivery medical device. Sign up and witness the most efficient full arch reconstruction technology that is available to you in your practice.

Course Description:

This 1-1/2 day course aims to address the most common questions and complications faced in full-arch implant reconstruction. Attendees will be introduced to the protocol called GuidedSMILE Chrome, which improves surgical and restorative accuracy and efficiency using CBCT and 3D planning combined with CAD/CAM. Today, immediate-load, full-arch, implant surgery options are very limited. This new protocol, combined with Dr. Salama and Dr. Tawil's evidence-based, surgical techniques will elevate your surgical process for full-arch treatment.

The hands-on portion includes step-by-step surgery on a model mimicing the case previously explained in the lecture using the patent-pending, GuidedSMILE guide, and conversion of a premanufactured PMMA provisional bridge. This will be completed utilizing angled implants and multi-unit abutments, thereby preparing the clinician to incorporate these immediately into clinical practice. The converted Nano-Ceramic provisional on mult-unit abutments is a take-home sample for patient presentation.

Evening Friday - Round Table Discussion w/ Dinner

This course is intended for both surgeons and restorative colleagues so feel free to bring your team and referrals. Dental assistants will also benefit. This program will cover hybrid prostheses, “all-on-four, five or six" with bone reduction guides (when needed) as well as non-hybrid conventional bridge restorations without bone reduction (when possible) will be clearly defined and a “decision tree” suggested for clinical use.

In addition, the fully processed denture models you will be working on will have the conversion finished, polished (courtesy of the laboratory) and mailed directly to each attendee so they can display as a demo bridge in their practice!
