Registration includes admission to all lectures, exhibit hall, designated meals and breaks. There are additional fees for selected outside activities on a first come/first serve basis (limited seats available). Each registrant is eligible for CE credit based on sessions attended and a competed evaluation form. Each registration includes a fee of $50 for annual membership to the DMC.

Dr. Dan Watt will be filling in for Mark Doherty, who will be unable to join us this year.  Dr. Watt is the Dental Director for Terry Reilly Health Center. Dr. Watt is a nationally known presenter on many topics, including Clinical Care and Quality Improvement.


Dental Management Coalition is celebrating its 19th anniversary in 2013 with a continuing education conference in Sedona, AZ at the beautiful Poco Diablo Hotel and Resort from July 28th to July 30th.

Dr. Howard Farran, President/CEO/Founder of will be headlining our list of great speakers. Check our website, for up-to-date program agenda and details.  Rock the conference with us and our other speakers; Jack Dillenberg,  Bill Dunn, Lorne Lavine, Neal Demby, Wayne Cottam, Maggie Maule, and Huong Le, who will present topics most relevant to dental directors, dentists, and dental hygienists who serve as FQHC oral health care professionals.
Come join us for 17 hours of continuing education with plenty of time allotted to explore the surrounding area with its renowned red rocks, ancient civilizations, and mystical intrigue that defines this wonderful area of America’s Southwest! 



How do I book my hotel accommodations?

Hotel reservations need to be booked independently of conference registration fees.  Please follow the link for our discounted room rate which are subject to availability.  Please book your rooms early as the rooms available at this rate are limited.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Poco Diablo Resort in Sedona is located at 1752 on State Route 179 and is approximately a 2 hour drive from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX), Arizona's main international airport servicing Sedona. Visitors traveling to Sedona can also fly into Flagstaff Pulliam Airport (FLG) which is approximately a 40 minute drive to Poco Diablo Resort. For personal assistance, transportation arrangements or more detailed directions, please contact the Concierge by calling toll-free (877) 282-5755.  On-site parking is free for hotel guests and participants.

Shuttle bus service from Phoenix to Sedona, AZ can be arranged through the Sedona-Phoenix Shuttle Company. The Sedona-Phoenix Shuttle Company offers daily scheduled stops in the Village of Oak Creek, West Sedona, Cottonwood, Camp Verde and all three (3) terminals at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). One-way fares are approximately $50.00 per person. Round-trip fares can be purchased for approximately $90.00 per person. Reservations are required and travelers should call 928-282-2066 or by calling toll-free (800) 448-7988 You may also visit for schedules and additional information.

Car pooling is encouraged.  Please post on the DMC Facebook page with your travel plans to see if you can find a driving buddy to help share expenses.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

In the event that you are unable to attend the conference as anticipated, you may transfer your registration to someone else for an administrative fee of $25. You must secure payment privately for transferred tickets.


What is the refund policy?

EMAIL a request for cancellation and refund to No refunds given after June 15, 2013.  Refunds less $50 administrative fee are processed within 30 days of notification.  Credit card refunds may take 10 business days to reflect on your statement.  We encourgage participants to find their own replacement to avoid refund penalties.

Cancellation/Refund Deadline Dates:
  • Full refund less $50 administrative fee given on or before June 1, 2013
  • 50% refund less $50 adminisrative fee given between the dates between June 1, 2013 - June15, 2013
  • No refund given after June 15, 2013
  • Hotel charges/cancellation fees are the responsibility of the registrant.
