Event description

Description

Nutrition is the foundation for staying healthy, productive and fit. It also is an extremely controversial topic with more questions than answers:

  • Am I eating what is right for me?

  • How do I optimize my diet to be more productive?

  • Should I follow the hype and become vegan, paleo, keto or lactose-free?

  • Should I take supplements, and if yes, which ones to choose?

Here's what to expect:

- 2 TED-style talks from amazing entrepreneurs with a serious Nutrition/Science background

- Nutrition Myth Debunking panel discussion

- Healthy bites and snacks (watch out for brand new product launches and be the first one to try what's next)

- Delicious mocktails by Cookalong Blog

- Probiotic drinks and kombucha provided by Kevita

- Free Health Assessment by Nutrigene

Speakers:

Min Fitzerald, Nutrigene, CEO - Min spent +10 years as a fitness instructor, personal trainer, holistic health coach and behavioral scientist to work with clients one-on-one to change their lives for the better. Nutrigene produces and delivers liquid customized supplements based on your metabolic data.

Bryan Tublin, Kitava, owner and co-founder - Bryan transitioned from a career in tech product management to growing a catering business and opening his own restaurant. He studied holistic nutrition at Bauman College in Berkeley, but instead of becoming a nutritionist and working with individual clients, he co-founded Kitava to share his knowledge with a wider audience and prove that eating healthy can be delicious and easier than one might think.
