Description

Hypnosis is such a powerful modality for helping people improve their lives, yet it is so misunderstood that many people don’t take advantage of it. It is a safe, non invasive approach for helping people with a variety of issues from stress reduction to stopping bad habits, improving motivation and skills in music, academics, sports and more. Michelle DeStefano, L.Ac., CCH, will be offering this free webinar All are invited to be a part of this live webinar and ask questions of Michelle. This webinar is an opportunity for those who have wondered about hypnosis and how it works to finally get real answers.

Due to the perceptions seen on TV and movies, many people are apprehensive about using hypnosis because they think hypnosis puts people under the control or “spell” of the hypnotist. This is far from the truth because hypnosis is about getting the client back in control of their habits, beliefs and outlook on life.

According to the International journal of Clinical and Experimental Hypnosis “A growing body of research supports the efficacy of hypnosis and hypnotic treatments for benefiting individuals with a variety of conditions including acute pain, irritable bowel syndrome, depression, and anxiety.” There are many studies which reveal the benefits of hypnosis for many other conditions as well.

Some of the topics that will be covered include:

Who is really in control during an hypnosis session?

How does hypnosis work and what should the client expect?

There will be opportunities for people to call in or submit questions.

How many sessions does it take?

How to find a qualified hypnotist?

People deserve to have a better understanding of hypnosis because it can be a compliment to many medical and non medical issues for improving quality of life for both emotional and physical health. It is less expensive than medications and has no adverse side affects. The more people understand hypnosis, the more they will use it.
