Hey there, Metta and UX Nairobi invites you to our first Design Thinking Workshop which aims to demystify different design processes while explaining the role and importance of each process within your organization.
Design Thinking is a process, applicable to all walks of life, creating new and innovative ideas and solving problems; it is not limited to a specific industry or area of expertise. It can be as effective in technology or education as it may be in services or manufacturing.
For this workshop, we will use creative facilitation and human-centered design (HCD) approaches to highlight best practices and HCD’s ability to uncover unmet user needs.

This workshop is for any designer, founder, engineer, or product manager who’s had to figure out what to build, how it should behave, and how it should look. The content is equally applicable whether you’re designing something new or improving what you already have.
