We are pleased to invite you to join the Rutgers School of Social Work for the Annual Demone Memorial Lecture on Thursday, December 6, 2012 at 5:00 pm.  It will take place at the Eagleton Institute of Politics, also known as the Woodlawn Mansion, on the Douglass Campus. 

 

 

 

Former Dean Harold Demone and his wife Marguerite have endowed this annual lectureship on the subject of alcohol and related addictions.  The guest speaker will be Dr. Helene White, professor of sociology at the Rutgers Center of Alcohol Studies with a joing appointment in the Rutgers Department of Sociology. She will be speaking on the topic “Transitions in Substance Use During Emerging Adulthood” 

 

 

One Continuing Education Credit will be granted upon request.
