Democracy Prep Special Education Expo

At Democracy Prep Public Schools, providing our teachers with meaningful professional development is important to us. Our teachers consistently have the opportunity to grow professionally and refine their craft for themselves and scholars.

Every year, we hold a Special Education Expo where teachers choose from over 60 mini-workshops to learn about resources, strategies, tools, and best practices that they can immediately take into their classrooms. This year we're opening up this exclusive professional development opportunity to external candidates who are interested in getting a glimpse of what it's like to be a Democracy Prep teacher. As a participant, you'll be able to sign up from our catalog of mini-sessions and attend 6 of them!

PD Sessions will include:

• Technology in the Classroom: A Look at Google Classroom
