Homemade pizza can easily become a weekly staple. In this class, we’ll learn some basic techniques for great dough. Sample three different flatbreads and pizzas and learn essential tips and tricks for consistently excellent results.
This demo will be led by Chef Amelia Lord. Amelia is a private chef, cooking teacher and food writer who calls on her diverse heritage and experiences when preparing delicious food. Amelia specializes in organic, nutritious and sustainable food and encourages an intuitive, technique based approach to cooking.
