Please join us on January 23, 2014 to learn more about the five semi-finalists in the Merck | Heritage Provider Network Innovation Challenge!
Join us in person to find out how the Challenge's semi-finalists plan to change the way patients with diabetes and/or heart disease engage with and adhere to their comprehensive care plan, ultimately leading to a better quality of life. Merck and the Heritage Provider Network have identified care plan adherence in chronic disease as an important lever for change in the triple aim of reducing costs in healthcare while improving quality and outcomes.

The Merck | Heritage Provider Network Innovation Challenge is the second challenge in the Health Data Challenge Series, a formal program of the Health Data Consortium that offers sponsoring organizations the opportunity to accelerate innovation, identify new partners, and catalyze new company formation. The Series applies the best practices of the leading tech accelerators, allowing innovators to advance and iterate their solutions through mentorship and access to non-dilutive capital while maintaining their intellectual property. The Series is hosted on HealthDataChallenges.com, which is a public good, a hub for innovation in healthcare, and home to the widest-reaching database of health data challenges sourced from around the web. The Health Data Challenge Series is powered by Luminary Labs, an innovation and strategy consultancy based in New York City.
