We Learn about how to age well in the 21st century at Dementia Insight's Aging Well Seminar held in Cupertino.

About This Event

Memory related problems including Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Vascular dementia, etc, are the sixth leading cause of death among the elderly in the United States. It is extremely crucial to take care of our well-being in today's world to prevent these disorders and live a long, healthy, and independent life, no matter what age you are.

In this seminar, we will talk about:

  • Effective ways to maintain healthy habits, mind and lifestyle for all

  • How to live a self-sufficient and wholesome life

  • The various neurodegenerative disorders that cause dementia and its preventive measures.

  • The efforts the City of Cupertino has made for the elderly community - to enhance the quality of their daily lives

  • Memory Care facilities as well as the resources and support available there

Refreshments will be provided.

Parking:

Parking will be available in the Cupertino City library/Cupertino Community Hall parking lot, and the streets near it. You should be able to park anywhere except permit parking only.
