The Nevada Aging and Disability Services Division (ADSD) in collaboration with Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health (CCLRCBH), Nevada Senior Services, and The Alzheimer's Association invite you to join us at our planning summit to help promote Dementia Friendly practices in the State of Nevada.

Featuring guest speaker, Mrs. Valerie DelGrosso, Origins Legal Group. Discussing legal issues important to seniors and advocacy for patients with dementia and caregivers.

To review and assess outcomes from the Caregiver Focus Groups; prioritize community action plans from focus groups and questionnaires; finalize Early Stage Dementia Focus Groups; and create community action plans.

The DFSN team invites you to complete a brief survey to assist the project in identifying strengths and gaps in the sector(s) that you identify with.
