2-Day Course with Demand Driven Planning

The Demand Driven Planner (DDP) program has been prepared for the logistics and production staff responsible for production and supplier planning processes. Demand Driven Planner is a modern planner and logistics specialist who, in his daily work, at the strategic, tactical and operational level, implements and uses a modern breakthrough planning method - DDMRP (Demand Driven Material Requirements Planning), which paradoxically secures timely deliveries to customers with simultaneous minimization of the money invested in inventory.

The DDMRP Method

The authors of the program are the creators of the DDMRP planning method, developed by practitioners in a research unit - Demand Driven Institute (DDI). DDI was created based on years of observation and collective experience, which clearly show that old, well-worn methods do not work anymore - mainly because they have nothing to do with reality.

If you have not met the DDMRP concept yet, please read the materials at https://www.demanddriveninstitute.com and https://demand-driven-logistics-planning.com/
