Get a taste of what goes on behind the scenes at dell'anima when our sous chef Luc Dang takes over the chef's counter on Tuesday, October 23rd, at 8:30pm. Enjoy this 4-course, exclusive off menu experience as he shares his love of food and stories from the heart, while dishing on what it's really like to work at one of the West Village's most beloved restaurants.

Reservations can be made for groups of up to 6 people, based on availability. The tasting menu is $90 per person ($130 with beverage pairings), tax and gratuity included.
