Description
Join fellow Christian volunteers visiting veterans at the VA hospital. Spend time talking with veterans and offering prayer as we deliver care packages. We visit 70+ veterans at the spinal ward every 3 months (quarterly), so it is an ongoing outreach you can join. Most veterans are resting in bed but a few may be able to use wheelchairs. The veterans stay several months for treatment so you will get to know some of them. Each veteran has a story to tell and God will use you.

We are meeting May 19th in the downstairs lobby of building 150 at 10:00am. Car pooling is an option. Please contact me for carpooling info. This outreach is recommended for 15 year olds and up. Military service is not required to participate in outreach events.
