Learn successful baking techniques from seasoned baker and Kitchen Category Manager, Amy Murray. Amy will demonstrate how to make light, airy dinner rolls, cinnamon rolls and more – from mixing the dough to the right consistency to shaping into loaves or rolls. She will cover different types of bread and loaf pans, as well as the pros and cons of each. At the end of the class, attendees will sample the fresh bread served with Lehman’s jams and jellies! Amy has been a part of the Lehman’s team since 2010. She loves sharing her passion for baking with others, so don’t be surprised if you leave this class totally inspired.


Is there an age limit to attend?

Age 10+. Please note that the class content is NOT geared toward children, but we understand that some young people may have special interest in the subject, so they are more than welcome to attend, provided they purchase a ticket and meet the age limit. Parents with babies are also welcome to bring their child to class, but we ask that you be courteous to the other class participants if your children begin to get antsy.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

You may give your ticket to another individual if you are unable to attend.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes. Please bring your ticket with you to the event.

What is the refund policy?

Because these are limited class sizes, we are not able to provide refunds. Sorry!

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

No problem! It is not necessary for the name to match the attendee.
