DELICA Executive Sushi Chef MIKIKO ANDO leads students through a series of fun and exciting lessons designed for food-lovers and sushi enthusiasts in our beautiful Ferry Building location on the bay. All classes are hands-on so students can thoroughly understand the techniques being taught. Invaluable tips for home-cooking and entertaining are provided so students can impress family and friends.
Executive Sushi Chef MIKIKO ANDO is an accomplished and innovated sushi master who loves to create and inspire. Her passion lies in creating dishes from the heart, and helping budding chefs discover their passion.
SUSHI 101-ROLL (MAKI SUSHI)
During this hands-on, interactive class you will learn essential sushi rolling techniques. Executive Chef Mikiko Ando will teach students how to prepare handrolls, temarizushi, and other specialized sushi styles in a fun, relaxed setting. Class fee includes all ingredients and supplies. LEVEL: BEGINNER. All levels welcome.

Executive Sushi Chef Mikiko Ando crafts clean, edo-mae style sushi, using the freshest wild-caught and sustainable local fish and produce. Izakaya menu pairs wonderfully with our sustainable wines, sakes, beer, and shochu.
