Delgado Community College Fall Convocation 2018

Dear Colleagues,

The fall semester is swiftly approaching! Convocation provides and opportunity to discuss innovative tools critical to improving the students' overall experience, as well as visiting with colleagues.

Fall 2018 Convocation theme, Motivated by our Mission; Encouraged by Respect, Cooperation, and Success, will be held Monday, August 13, 2018, 8:00 a.m. in the Student Life Center on the second floor in Lac Pontchartrain. Check-in registration will begin at 7:00 a.m. on the first floor near elevators. Breakfast will be held from 7:00 a.m. until 7:45 a.m. on the 1st floor of the Student Life Center.

An updated ID is REQUIRED for check-in. If you do not have an updated ID please visit your campus/site ID center before convocation registration on August 13th.

Please register for your break-out sessions and lunch preference on this site. Your lunch preference ticket is required at check-in the morning of convocation. If you do not have your lunch ticket printed you will be given the general lunch preference.

The Chancellor, Vice Chancellors, Executive Deans, Deans and I look forward to your participation in Convocation. Have a great fall semester.
