About this Event
Remember when you were a child and had so much fun living out your fantasies and letting your imagination run wild? It's time to let go, color outside the lines, get up and dance.
In our busy, stressed, coivd-19 world where we have focused on virtual learning and working from home we have forgotten how to play and have fun. It is time fo a little Chocolate, Creativity and Connections
We all know the health benefits of dark chocolate. I am not telling you to eat chocolate, it is my favorite metaphor for passion. Passion gives purpose to your life, is essential for business and your health. Feel free to bring your favorite chocolate treat so we can all indulge.
Creative expression is as much a wellness practice as good nutrition and exercise. It is a space for reflection, de-stressing and can be lots of fun. The great thing about creativity for well-being is that you don’t need to be a natural talent!
Working from home, separated from extended family and friends brings on new challenges of loneliness we never imagined. When adults play alongside others, it often involves laughter and having fun and this can increase empathy, understanding, and compassion for others. I always loved the song from the movie Parent Trap. Lets Get Together.
In this deliciously fun enjoyable self-discovery journey through simple art and writing activities. You will:
Feed your soul with laughter and conversation
Invite your inner child out to play
Learn new ways to bring creativity into your everyday life
Say good bye to stress and feel refreshed and renewed
Learn to say yes to the sweet things in life
Please bring a pen, markers, crayons, stickers, pencils and plenty of paper. Any materials that delight you.
No artistic ability needed. All you need is a willingness to play, explore and experiment
