April 15: Divorce by the Law Office of Shauna T. Hagan
Divorce is a whirlwind, but it doesn’t have to capsize your life! This session is designed to equip you with the information you need to make the right decision for your marriage and your life.
April 22: Expungement by the APEX Program
Expungements seal your record so that your state background check will no longer show a criminal record. Attend this session to learn about the process of getting an expungement and what help is out there.
April 29: Tenants' Rights, Private Housing by LSCD
Renting an apartment or home is something almost everyone does sooner or later. Whether you already have a place to live or if you are currently searching, this session will tell you what rights you have as a tenant to add to your peace of mind.
May 6: Tenants' Rights, Subsidized Housing by CLASI
Subsidized sites offer rents based on household income in accordance with federal regulations. If you or someone you know is living in or considering moving into subsidized housing then this session will help you understand current regulations and your rights as a tenant.
May 13: Protection From Abuse (PFA) by DVLS
Abuse is defined by Delaware Courts as any threatening or harmful conduct including serious emotional harm. Attend this session to learn about Protection From Abuse (PFA) Orders and the process of filing them.
May 20: Custody by the Law Office of Shauna T. Hagan
What are your rights as a parent? This session will cover topics such as custody arrangements, filing custody paperwork, and preparing for a custody hearing.
May 27: Child Support by the DE Division of Child Support Services
This session will cover the basics of Child Support and what you need to know as a parent who may be providing or receiving Child Support.
June 3: Unemployment Benefits by LSCD
New to unemployment or have questions about the CARES Act extensions? This session can help you avoid mistakes while applying for benefits, filing weekly claims or restarting your claim.
June 10: Fair Housing Discrimination by CLASI
Whether you are a renter, homebuyer/owner, real estate agent or landlord, the Fair Housing Act is important to be familiar with. This session will cover the fair housing rights of people with disabilities, including reasonable accommodation and reasonable modification requests, and how to comply with the Fair Housing Act.
June 17: Foreclosure/Mortgage Mediation by LSCD
June 24: Social Security by CLASI
In 2019 over 17,000 Delawareans were recipients of Social Security. This workshop will cover what you need to know about eligibility, applying for, and receiving Social Security, whether it's a result of age or disability.

Attendees will have an opportunity to ask general questions during the last 10-15 minutes of the workshops, as well as receive referrals to organizations who may be able to help further with their issue. Sessions will be recorded.
