DEI Virtual Meetup: Beyond COVID-19: Re-imagining Our Workplace

COVID-19 has forced many of us to reflect on what is and isn’t working for employees and our communities. While this moment has been difficult for many, there is an opportunity for us to re-think the way our workplaces are structured as it relates to policies, practices, interactions and culture. What are some factors we should consider after the pandemic? How do we ensure that we move forward with an equitable and sustainable lens? What will it take for us to create workplaces that support and uplift employees at all levels?

How is this going to work?

You’ll receive a confirmation email that will include a guide with details on how the platform we’ll be using works, as well as a list of topics we’ll pre-set for you to discuss before the panel begins -don’t worry we’ll leave some room for random on the fly conversations too, you can just consider these icebreakers!. You won’t need to download any software, but for the best experience, we recommend having a computer with camera and microphone ability.
